Lake Manyara National Park is known for the flamingos that inhabit the lake. During the wet season they inhabit the edges of the lake in flocks of thousands but they are not so present during the dry season. Ngorongoro is famous for the annual migration of wildebeest, zebra, gazelles and other animals into the northern plains. And the Serengeti is famous for its annual migration of over 1.5 million white bearded (or brindled) wildebeest and 250,000 zebra and for its numerous Nile crocodile and honey badger.

You will depart from your hotel in Arusha and head for Lake Manyara National Park. The Park is famous for it’s bird life which congregate around the soda lake, If you are fortunate you might see the migratory flamingoes performing their dance over the lake!
Arrival Lake Manyara Serena Lodge will be in time for dinner. This will give you a chance witness the dramatic Lodge setting as it overlooks, the Great Rift Valley, the beautiful Soda Lake of Manyara and the park itself.
After breakfast at the lodge you will depart on your first Game drive. Lake Manyara National Park, is famous for its tree-climbing lions as well as a diverse animal population due to its varied habitat. There are large herds of Buffalo and Zebra as well as blue monkeys and baboons.
After lunch you will leave Lake Manyara behind you and depart for Serengeti National Park. The Jewel in the the National Park crown of Tanzania. You will arrive in time for dinner and overnight at your lodge.
The programe for today is simple, an exciting full day game drive in Serengeti National Park (with picnic lunch). The Serengeti National Park is without doubt one of the premier safari viewing destination in the world, this is in part due to the largest concentration of plain animals – 4 million; and 500 species of birds can be found here. Which offers lucky visitors a chance to see predators chasing their prey and enjoying their kill.
Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge which affords endless views over the Serengeti plains, the design and construction merging into surrounding landscape. It is built as a cluster of elegant thatched huts in a traditional African village fashion.
After breakfast, you will have a chance to say goodbye to Serengeti National Park by way of a morning game drive followed by lunch.
After lunch you will head towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area via Olduvai Gorge. A site of archeological findings, where traces of pre-historic man dating back to 3.5 million years ago have been discovered. You will arrive at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge in time for dinner. From the lodge one can experience breathtaking view of the 260 sq. km crater beneath and of the wealth of the surrounding animal and bird life.
Today sees you enjoy your second full day of game viewing, this time in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with picnic lunch. Here you can see a spectacular concentration of wildlife, including the big five, drive across the dense forest, visit the soda lake and enjoy viewing a variety of birdlife all in a 2000ft deep crater!
After an amazing day wildlife watching you will return to the lodge for dinner.
The final day of your incredible safari will see you have a leisurely breakfast followed by a drive back to Arusha where you will be either dropped off at your hotel or taken to the airport ready for your flight home, full of the memories of an incredible safari.
